Rented by the room (exclusively) or in its entirety the 4 bedroom villa is set over several levels on one of Tangalles many gorgeous and usually entirely deserted beaches.

For a group of people, a family or a couple taking just a room, a villa is good value for the level of service and comfort provided.

We love the owners enthusiasm for the wildlife of the area from the whales of the coast, to the turtles at Rekewa, the leopards in Yala, birdlife in Bundala and the elephants at Uda Walawe this is an extra-ordinary area and this is the ideal place to stay as a base from which to explore.

The villa has a 36 foot infinity pool on the roof, which is a lovely design touch and other facilities include a projector and a surround sound music system. The villa is particularly airy and most of the spaces open out to let sea breezes through the entire property. The villa is rustic and natural in style - local Peacock's roam freely and the inside out nature of this villa means it is best suited for those that love the outdoors in its natural state.

Seenimodera Beach is one of the best beaches in the country but note that Kadju House is set back from the actual beach itself.

The food is good and the staff are incredibly attentive yet unobtrusive. Their English is relatively basic - though there is an English manager living nearby.

Eco/Outdoors/Homestay - This category covers gorgeous eco lodges in the jungle, comfortable safari camps, very basic homestays and dreamy, but simple, beach cabanas. These places defy conventional categorisation: what is communing with nature to one person may be terrifying bugs to another!
