Designed by Sri Lankan architect Philip Weeraratne, five years in construction, opened October 2007. Custom furnishings designed for the house by a host of international designers as well as the architect.

• Two storied tropical structure with two air conditioned suites on the ground floor and two, open to the sea breezes suites, on the second floor.

• Sleeps eight in two king sized beds, one queen and two king single beds that can be joined or separated.
