This delightful little villa is just inland from Koggala on the shores of the huge lake. There are 3 bedrooms, making it perfect for families and the economies of scale with the nearby villas run by the same people, mean that the owners can keep the price spectacularly low.

The lovely garden leads down to the lake front and there is small boat which guests can borrow to explore the lake. The good sized pool is perfect for cooling off and the intrepid can swim in the lake.

The sea is less than 5 minutes away and if the sister villas at Southpoint are unoccupied guests can use the beach there. If they are full then there are several good public access beaches nearby.

The villa comes fully staffed and the excellent standards of the Southpoint family are replicated here, which is highly unusual at this kind of price, and the staff are particularly good at catering to families and western children.

Comfort - This is what we would describe as our standard category. These will be decent 3/4* hotels providing a really good level of service. We would generally expect them to be providing a little something extra, whether it is character, service or excellent facilities.
